A Winter Wellness Journey to Sweden: a land steeped in the mystery + magic of the Northern Lights, long nights for dreaming, and community gathered to awaken to our greatest potential and truest selves.
Based on the 5 elements this retreat blends holistic practices, nature immersion, and ancient wisdom to support deep connection and personal transformation. Each day will be themed with an element to offer movement, meditation, ritual, art, and play for deeper exploration- both around + within.
PRIVATE CEREMONIES
If you feel a longing for more intentional gatherings and rituals to honor different life stages or events, such as birthdays, wedding celebrations, baby blessings, a new home, or the death of a loved one, I would love to connect.
This offering would be catered to you and the unique purpose of your gathering and the individuals who are attending, utilizing tea ceremony as well as the option to incorporate other modalities and rituals.
